Aggressive marketing all throughout the process, and then hounding me about the online version on top drops your score from 5 to 2. Stop it.

I have been using Turbotax for many years. I tried Taxact for a while, but found it inflexible! Never again. I'm sticking with Turbotax.

Turbo Tax is very easy to understand and to follow. Having help available makes me feel more comfortable doing my own taxes. I would recommend it.

type size is inadequate for visually impaired. You have plenty of space on almost every page. USE IT!

Mostly intuitive. Had one group of investments that didn't transfer, but that could have been on their end.

Everything was great for most of the federal return. TT still does not handle K-1 forms well, especially for state tax returns.

TurboTax program would not upload 1099's from broker. Therefore, it took hours longer to complete filing my taxes. This needs to be fixed!!!

I like Turbo Tax overall. If I have any dislikes, it is all the maketing ypu go through to get to the actual tax entering information.
