Interface with Intuit account login is very frustrating, particularly the endless extra step to identify objects (e.g. buses, crosswalks, etc.)!

I like that I can do my whole family's return with a single purchase. I have been using it for many years and never had an issue with Turbo Tax.

When loaded up, TT didn't give me the option to load in last year's file. I had to start with zero data.

I have been using TurboTax for at least 20 years and its very accurate and efficient. I trust it and wouldn't change to anything else.

Used to be far more intelligent, after using it for 30 plus years, it has been dumbed down way too much!

Everything was great for most of the federal return. TT still does not handle K-1 forms well, especially for state tax returns.

i love this tool, however I did have some issues with the download process this year. I don't know what changed. Not as simple as last few years.

Long time user. Very satisfied. But need to improve routine for entering foreign income tax for the credit.
