Been using Turbo Tax to do my taxes for years and found it always easy to use and the features are great for my situation.

Your audits failed to catch something as simple as checking one of the MSA/HSA or none of these apply

It is too difficult to get back to where you left off after investigating an issue by looking at forms, etc.

Info regarding what each form type meant was not available when first asked. I had to go into the income to find this info.

Every time I log into Turbo Tax, I have to step through Updater which is annoying. How many new updates can there be. There are TOO many Updates

The federal filing printout has NO instruction on where to send the tax file. CA state tax printout has mailing instructions.

TurboTax is user friendly and easy to understand. I will recommend this software to my Friends and Family.

I enjoy using Turbo Tax year after year being able to submit accurate tax returns and getting quick refunds when due.

Since getting our new computer to windows 11 the Turbo Tax always updated without hesitation. Am very please with the product.
