Best I quality I could find - really solid shelves. Others are less sturdy and cost more, these are really commercial quality units. You can load it up to the limits without worry about shelves sagging.

Good shelves but the last one they shipped is missing parts so the shelf can’t be assembled. The parts were missing from the factory. I’ll have to buy the shelf poles online. Returning such a large item is not realistic.

When our unit arrived, one of the shelves was damaged and would not install properly. I contacted Seville, and they shipped a new shelf, no questions asked. It arrived very quickly, and in perfect condition.

I HAVE PURCHASED MANY OF THESE SHELVES AND AM VERY PLEASED. ASSEMBLE IS EASY BUT IT HELPS TO HAVE 2 PEOPLE. THE BOXES WEIGH A LOT SO BE PREPARED TO HAVE ASSISTANCE IN LIFTING THEM.

Mine was bent box was all broken, after i put together shelf bent poles bent, spoke to someone on chat , have not gotten back to me not happy!!!delivery left on sidewalk didn't bring on my porch probably because the box was broken apart

These shelves are made to assemble quickly and simply. Their heavy cartons are more than I can lift. Sam's employees load them into my car for me, and at home I drag them from the car and cut them open in the driveway and make three trips inside with their contents. The wheels allow me to push multiple shelves aginst one another so there doesn't have to be an aisle between them. Shelves can be pulled out one at a time to be examined.

Can't find a better shelf for the money. This is our 4th one. Very sturdy, for the canning we do, as well as storage of my mixer, bread machine, meat grinder, and other heavy appliances we need to store neatly. No bowed shelves like we put up with on the commercial plastic shelving we previously made the mistake to buy. All arrived in good shape, but I will warn you they are heavy. The good thing is once you get it together the wheels let you roll it into place easily. Bonus, they also look great!

I love these shelves. They’re versatile, sturdy and if using the casters, easy to roll to another area. Just a word of caution … instead of cutting open the entire box to reveal the contents, I opened only one end and pulled everything out. After separating the contents, I noticed several damaged black plastic circular pieces and edge protectors. Later I found they were just that … protectors. Thread protectors by way of another reviewer and the rest being protectors for the corners of the unit, all meant to discard. I freaked out for a moment thinking I had damaged everything but all the true pieces you will need will be bagged up. It may still benefit you to cut around the entire perimeter of the box and open it like a pizza box instead of pulling everything out. Another thing I found helpful was when connecting the upper and lowers bar, to have them both on the ground so they’re level and then thread them together, using WD-40 around the threads to make it easier. One or two kept getting stuck for me otherwise. Lastly, I found a dead-blow hammer was really useful in driving the shelves in place onto the plastic stoppers, making sure everything’s level before you start. I just counted the rungs on the bars to get the correct placement and that worked for me. So in the end, the only thing I ended up using was a dead-blow hammer and WD-40. So worth it … these shelves are awesome.
