Using in my pantry and exactly what I was looking for- sturdy, tall and perfect depth. I have 2 across from each other. I love that it came with the plastic liners- these are so helpful. And the casters are an added bonus.

Good value but one of the shelves was bent i had it mostly assembled so returning wasn't a good option. I emailed Customer Service and received a response that does not appear legitimate.

I found the perfect shelving for my storage needs. This fits perfectly into the closet that I converted to a secondary pantry space. Bonus: it came with shelf liners.

I needed it to organize the house and I am so happy with the results! I did measure the space before ordering. You have to pay attention to the sizes and heights!

I have bought these shelves from several different stores and these are the best because they are the only ones that came with the shelf liners keeping things from sitting funny in between the bars.

Arrived damaged, appears that someone dropped it on the edge and some of the holes were no longer circular. I contacted customer service and was told i did not have to return it, and another one would be shipped. Next I received an email indicating I had to return it. Assuming my customer service rep was correct, I ignored the email. Now, I'm being told that he was wrong. I do have to return it. It's half put together (3 shelves were okay), and the box has been thrown away. It is too heavy to pick up, but thankfully Sam's Club will have a shipper to pick it up as it is (no box, half put together) for return. I guess it could have been worse.

We use these shelf units to store conservation-grade boxes of historic textiles. The shelves are easy to assemble, strong and sturdy, and the casters are high quality. The units hold considerable weight (textiles can be VERY heavy) and can be moved easily by one person. We have searched extensively and found that, for both quality and price, these units are the best buy on the market ...And that's important for a non-profit institution with a tight budget. Highly recommended.

I love this shelf and would’ve given it five stars, it is the second one I have purchased from Sam’s. The delivery was terrible. The box had been opened and re-taped. Obviously someone had purchased and returned it, because several of the parts were out of their plastic sleeves, and all of the zip ties had already been cut. The box broke open when it was placed on my front porch and pieces fell out.

I purchased 10 of these on Samsclub.com and had them delivered. The boxes are heavy so they arrived a little beat up. Little did we know that all 10 boxes were so beat up the racks were damaged and are unusable. We went through them in the hopes of being able to piece them together and come up with a few usable racks, we got one. We were going to return nine of them but Sam's Club let us know that since this was a "Bulk Order" we only had 72 hours to report the damage and they wont take them back.

I purchased tonight in store, due to the horror stories about these racks being delivered. My mistake. Hauled this rack all the way home, and upstairs, to discover two of the shelves are bent beyond repair. Contacted online support, and was told that they can only assist delivery customers. After a lot of consideration, decided there's no way I'm lugging this behemoth all the way back to the store. I'm now owner of 2/3rds of a rack system, as the other two shelves are scrap metal. I'm sure it was packed this way, as I purposely picked the most beautiful box from within the stack at the store, but either way, I've payed stupid tax, and will now be assembling any future purchase of these racks, in the store's parking lot, before bringing home. That'd be my suggestion for you, if you want to avoid a headache.
