Very nice and sturdy. Easy to put together. Comes with shelf liners which was a nice surprise because I wasn’t sure if it did or not. Definitely a great purchase for us. We use it to store our food and paper products on it.

Caster wheels is way smaller makes it hard to move, purchased the same few month ago with way bigger better wheels, I find it a cheap move to make few extra bucks.

I swear my family easuly has 20 of these. Being a small company they are IDEAL for anything! Theyre sturdy and in the 15+years we have had them we have never had a single issue!

I have 6 or 7 now in my garage. So nice to be able to move the accumulated junk around as needed! Easy to assemble and adjust the shelf spacing. They weigh about 80 pounds in the box so buy a dolly while you're at Sam's!

These are really good shelving units. But, the shipping is a -100. FedEx delivered 4 shelving units in the last two weeks. I've opened three boxes and two of them had bent shelves. I was able to use one of them but the other is not usable. Like I said, they are excellent units but the shipping is crap. I'm hoping the last box is in good shape. It's very irritating.

Check the boxes before you leave the store. I order 3 and had to lug then all the way back to the store for an exchange because a shelf in 2 of the boxes were damaged at the corner piece you slide onto the poles. They were crushed shut. They are great shelves very sturdy. I recommend 2 people to build them as they are heavy and can get precarious with them being so tall.

Potential poor material handling leads to bent shelves. Bottom Line: These are good shelves, but make sure you open the box and look at all of the shelves before you leave the store. We purchased 3 sets of these shelves. 2 sets were OK, but the last set had a shelf that was severely bent and another shelf with a deformed corner "flange". The box was not damaged, but it appears the box was put on a forklift or pallet jack without proper support under that box and that lead to bending the shelf that was on the bottom of the stack of boxes and "sitting on the fork". I returned the damaged shelves and had them replaced. The new box looked OK, but I did not open it to inspect the shelves. I assembled the shelves and found the last shelf to be bent. Because it was only slightly bent, I had assembled 80% of the shelves and the last/top shelf was able to be assembled successfully, I did not request another replacement.

After reading several reviews, I decided to pick this up in the store instead of having it shipped. I was pleasantly surprised by how well everything was packaged. Each shelf had round plastic protectors where it slides onto the side rails, and the corners were protected with thick plastic guards. Everything arrived in perfect condition. I already own two of these shelving units that are about 25 years old, and they're still in excellent condition. That gave me confidence to buy another one. I also love that the new version includes shelf liners—a nice improvement over the older models. Assembly was very easy, even for a 5'3" woman. My biggest tip is to install the bottom shelf while the frame is lying on the floor. After the first shelf is secured, slide the remaining shelves onto the uprights without installing them yet. Then stand the unit upright and install the shelves from the top down using the slip sleeves. I found this method made the assembly much easier. I'm very happy with the quality, packaging, and ease of assembly. Based on my experience with the older units, I expect this one to last for many years as well.

I purchased two of these recently and have purchased several in previous years. They are easy to assemble, easy to move around, sufficient space for lots of items, and hold their appearance and quality well. The shelves can be spaced to best accommodate storage bins/totes. A proper amount of hardware is included, including items to attach the unit to a wall for stability if desired. They are priced appropriately.

Today I receive the item is not brand new instead they give me one old , already open box item . And they wrap it up and send to my house. Inside the plastics one go along with the shelve are broken in piece. I don’t know why the can do this instead sell me a brand new one . I purchase brand new item not an old item and they not honesty in this . I don’t have a truck to bring this item to Sam club for a return , I wish company help me to solve this problem like give me more discount or give me a chance to return it by using ups or fed ex come to my house pick it up because I have no way to bring it back to Sam when have no truck , and I don’t know any men else can help me this
