Great fridge with a fantastic dual ice maker!

The counter depth design looks great in the kitchen, and although the left door bins are on the smaller side, the large shelf space more than makes up for it. Having the extra ice maker in the freezer is a huge plus and ensures we always have plenty of ice available. Overall it's been a great upgrade!

Compact and looks nice

This fridge fits perfectly in our kitchen. I like that it has a water and ice dispenser. I just hope that the water will stop having a weird taste after some use. I like the design and how good quality it looks.

Very nice fridge!
(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I'll start it off by saying this was a big upgrade for us, we have found that this fridge although pretty basic features wise is incredibly built. It feels extremely high quality even with minimal features. It is quite quiet unless it's dropping ice, which brings me to probably my only slight qualm. I have found that the ice takes a VERY long time to restock, especially the freezer basket. We ended up having both ice options turned on to keep up with our family of 6 but if you have a smaller family this could be a smaller issue. We are very satisfied with this purchase and can't wait to continue the upgrades with LG appliances.

Took 24 hours to achieve anything near the desired temp. Fridge is set at 31 degrees, but food is never cooler than about 40 to 42 degrees, and often much warmer. Service fellow said, oh gee, everything is working great. I know better. Also, there are weird shelves in the left door that are only about an inch wide. You can't get anything in them except presliced cheese. Not even room for a normal spice bottle. Guess I didn't do a great job investigating before buying.

Dented and Misaligned Doors
The refrigerator has dented and misaligned doors from the factory which is unacceptable for what was supposed to be a beautiful new fridge. I contacted LG immediately after receiving the unit documenting the issues with it, but have no resolution in getting an actual new condition refrigerator. This experience has ruined my perception of LG products. Avoid buying the fridge unless you're okay paying full price for a compromised product.
