Works good for me with IBSD.

Hard to open gel-pack. Change your packaging. Put in a bottle. Easier

Don't seem to work as well as the regular Imodium...strange, I know but it just doesn't.

Really helps to prevent diarrhea.

This product is the only one that I use and recommend it to anyone that has a similar problem.
