I have used this product for almost five years. While the product itself works effectively, the packaging is horrible! Every time I open the package, it will either break my finger nails or I will get a cut on my finger. Last year, while visiting Canada, I bought a package there and it is effortless to open it! Simply use one finger to push down the soft gel and it will come out easily. I attached two photos: the one on the right is what I bought in Canada. Why the packages in the US are so awful to open?! There are so many customers already commented about the difficulties of opening the package for many years but no improvement! Please do something about the package to make our life easier!

This is a reliable source to alleviate diarrhea. It's easy to remove the medication from the pack. There's no taste to the soft gel. It's expensive but you pay for what you get. I highly recommend this product.
