music sounds great, noise cancelling excellent. Phone calls, dont even try. Every call I have taken, the person says they can't hear me. They are the WORST for phone calls

Always disconnecting most of the time one of the buds didn't charge and no better sound than a pair of $30 ear buds, and a pain in the neck to grip to remove from the charging case 4/10

The sound was great, awesome sound quality. But I have little sensitive ears. These are kinda chunky for me, but probably great sized for most people.

I've had 3 pairs of these exact earbuds. One from Amazon, two from Walmart and all of them have had a faulty microphone. Not sure if it was a bad batch or they have something bigger going on, but that was my experience.

I absolutely love these. Ive been searching for a pair of earbuds that have quality sound and noise cancelation while also being comfortable and wont fall out and these are perfect for that. the charge lasts a long time suitable for any activity you want to use them for

These wireless buds have been phenomenal from the seamless pairing to my S23 Ultra, to the quick connectivity when opening the case. The case and buds keep a charge for a long period of time. The sound, which is the best part, has smooth treble with punchy bass. The noise cancelation has been great too for business meetings, while Transparency mode allows me to hear the world around me while wearing. This all can he changed on the Beats app, or touch response on the side of your buds!

APPLE ?? Sorry the quality is really poor. I thought all along this past two months that there was a setting or something that I was not doing right. I downloaded the manual… read umpteen messages from reviewers etc. I just can't figure this out. Ok, for me and my problem… the right ear CONSTANTLY I mean alll the time, vibrates… sounds and feels like there is a spinning top in my ear. I know these are magnetic… but can it be a “loose” magnetic part? I just don't know… I thought maybe I had a setting wrong… can't find anything about it. Called Apple… 1st off I was now past my warranty period… omg I was trying to solve this… so final word from Apple, they could not diagnose from our conversation and they set up an appointment with the closest Apple Store… ok here's my next problem, I am handicapped and need the wheel chair assistance… I have to call and pay for an Uber, there and back… shoot I am already tired… can't you just mail me a return label and let's do this with shipping…. So here I sit with a $125 paperweight…

The sound is good but the problem is that the Beats Studio Buds do not stay in my ears and they are not comfortable. I wanted them to use when exercising and when I am on the go but they continuously fall out of my ears and are not comfortable when they are in my ears. I have tried all of the sizes of the ear cushions and it still does not stay in my ears.

I have only ever owned AirPods, and was looking for something a little more affordable. I was worried about two things, the noise cancellation on AirPods is fantastic, and i always lose my headphones, set them down somewhere and cant find them. These beats are just as good if not better with the noise cancellation, they are locatable which i have already, of course, used. Haha. I am super impressed with them and so in love. Plus the prices is way cheaper. Love!

They do not cancel the noise. Instead they play added background noise or white noise to mask any environmental noise. Sound quality was poor with zero base. I returned these and had to jump up to the $300 pair to get true noise canceling ability and acceptable sound quality.
