[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the absolute best soil for my garden. I planted a ton of tomatoes and zucchini using this soil and they were all thriving. I have more tomatoes and squash than I know what to do with. I have also planted flowers and they are all doing well too!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I entirely re-did a bed that previously had daylillies in it. Pulled them out, rototilled in the garden soil along with some top soil and the new plantings, Hydrangeas and ice plants came on strong!! See for yourself

I purchased 94 bags of this product for my two raised beds and it is essentially mulch. I have noticed as others have stated there is a lot of plastic trash in the product as well. This was definitely a case of you get what you pay for. I think in a couple of years the “mulch” will break down and form a good base but I plan on adding in some better soil in the short term.

I’ve had some seedlings that I was looking to transplant. I’m looking forward to seeing the results

I purchased a total of 32 cubic feet of this soil so 16 bags of the 2 CF bags. This soil appears to be a good mix of soil, peat, compost cow manure, etc. It has a few small twigs in it that did not appear to be fully composted but overall the soil does appear to be quality enough to grow decent vegetables. Cons: I found a ton of plastic in the soil. I am talking about thin pieces of plastic like you would find used as shopping bags, the real thin plastic. I also found a large chunk of hard PVC type plastic which appeared to be from some type of machinery. Overall the soil is better than many other choices on the market but I wish they could screen out the garbage so we don't have to. At almost $8 a bag I would expect that part to be done, otherwise the price is too high. I tried to upload a photo of the garbage we found but the Walmart website will not let me upload a photo, it just keeps timing out.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Miracle grow garden soil seems to be a very good soil for the garden around plants. It absorbs water nicely seems to give the right nutrients that the plant needs I put it around my pepper and tomato plants.

The nutrient content of this soil is excellent. I will be purchasing this next year since it is easy to use and I am having such excellent results.
