Where larger tables I’ve owned have proven too large and bulky to toss in the SUV and head out for a weekend camping trip. But, at four-feet long (and true to published dimensions), Lifetime’s fold-in-half adjustable table are the perfect take-along companion! Collapsed and folded, it fit easily in my vehicle and at camp, there’s just enough room for a camp stove and portable sink with some prep room to spare. The table is lightweight, sturdy, and offers several height settings. While the 22- and 24-inch heights aren’t likely to see much use in my home, the countertop-height 34-inch setting was ideal for backcountry use. Back at the house, the standard desk-height 29-inch height makes Friday night pizza-and-games night easy to set up! The adjustment button on each leg is bright and easily identifiable, and the legs on each side slide up and down as a pair for quick setup or tear-down by just one person. It’s proving popular enough in our house my daughter is asking for one of her own to use as a portable art station. Put simply, this table is at home around the house, in the backyard or out in the wild!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Lifetime 2'x4' Folding Table is an excellent choice if you are looking for a compact, easy to set up table. The quality is top notch and the surface is slightly textured to help keep things from moving around. It has many nice features I havent seen in some of the older folding tables we have owned. To start, the table folds out nicely and has this red locking mechanism to prevent it from folding back once setup. Another feature I like is how easy the legs adjust. Simply put your foot on the crossbar and push another easy to see red button and adjust to the desired height. No more playing with the silver buttons you had to push in that somehow always seemed to stick. From 22" to 34", the adjustabilty works for a lot of different projects. Once I had the table setup, it was time to put it to good use. As my wife and I are avid gamers we decided to see if one of our favorite board games would fit and while snug, it worked perfectly (with a little overhang) for 2 people. We have used it for building legos, which worked great for me. I am 6'2" and the table came right up to my arms while sitting. I also probably overtested the weight capacity by putting my entire 240lbs on the table just to see if it would hold me. It did and didnt even wobble. The legs are very sturdy. When we were done using the table, we folded it up and stored it behind our aquarium, where it slid in nicely. Overall, we have been very satisfied with this table and the many uses we discovered besides what we have shared. The following statements are my personal evaluation on the product. First of all, I loved that this table is easy to set up. It was easy to adjust the height on the table and I could set it up all by myself. Secondly, I liked the table is easy to store as it folds in half. Thirdly, with the ability to adjust the height of the table, I found it very versatile. I could use it to play a game on with others or I could use it as a buffet table. I could do crafts with my grandkids. I could use it as a table to hold items while I am sorting out my pantry. It can be my place for journaling or crafting. The list of uses is endless. I also love how easy it is clean. While painting rocks and canvases, my grandkids and I made some paint messes that were easily cleaned up with a wet cloth. The table was also very stable. I used it inside and outside of my home and it remained a stable, trusted table.

I was actually able to lower it enough for him to reach and operate the water pump handle on his own and be able to stand and play rather than sitting on the ground. The table is also very sturdy and does not wobble at all! (Even when his water play set is filled to the top.) It easily supports the weight and feels very well built! The table setup is very easy! First thing to address is it was very easy to set up. It had great directions with the video provided of how to set up. After setting up, I definitely loved the lowest adjustable setting! My toddler absolutely loves it! It is the perfect height for her to play with her toys and be able to sit down with a regular child's chair. She is able to color, eat, and participate with the other kids because of this table. She even gave it the official kid's durability test and it held true to the quality of lifetime item's. The tables not too cumbersome and easily had enough room in my living room to set up considering I don't have a large area. In addition, this table is an absolute must for all mother's around. It can be effortlessly and painlessly cleaned off with its smooth surface versus another table that I have that is more textured. The table is very sturdy and stable. Even doing the adjustments at different levels the table was stable and secure and it doesn't feel like it's unbalanced. I can attest the many places this table is about to travel because of the convenience. I can foresee many trips camping, tailgating, and even use for presentations for work. The easy set up is the biggest thing I look for when making purchases like this. The only thing I had an issue with was on one side of trying to adjust it, the legs came out and the plastic pieces that go at the top of the legs came off. I included an image of the piece I mentioned. It was difficult to get them aligned again. I wish there was something to prevent it from coming apart at max height. Overall, the quality of the table is phenomenal and I have nothing but good things to say about it. I would think anything larger would be too bulky and hard to transport and take up a lot of room. However, this table fits perfectly in my vehicle without causing too much chaos. So if you're looking for something that is utmost convenient, accessible, easy to use and handy for all your project, or professional needs, I would look no further than this table. In conclusion, I feel like this table will last a lifetime, if properly maintained.

I've enjoyed the convenience of Lifetime folding tables. This adjustable height version didn't quite meet the typical quality. I wanted to use it for a temporary bar-height drink table, but didn't feel secure that it would hold up. The center wouldn't stay flat %26 the adjustable legs were shaky. I'm skeptical of it's long-term stability.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Here's my take on the lifetime 2x4 folding adjustable table. It has four different height adjustments which is very versatile. I was surprised at how stable it was on the highest setting considering the legs were so long. I like the spring type latches on the legs to keep them open. It is easier to close than the older style legs. This table seems to be well made and heavy duty. It is very handy to use in the craft room.. there's never enough space there. It could also be used during cookouts when you need a little extra counter space or lowered all the way down as a table for the kids. It is very compact when folded making it easy to store. I'm very satisfied with the quality of this table and I think that it will last for a long time.

It will come in handy with all the gatherings (holidays, birthdays, etc) we have at our lake home the grandkids use it as their game table. The table is quality made & sturdy the adjustable feature is easy to use we have both young & older grandkids we really like this feature there is a spring loaded red release gadget to easily fold the table plus it locks in place when open there’s also a black clip that locks the table in place when folded it’s easy to open & close the table legs that also lock in place & storing is no problem we definitely recommend this product.
