8 days after purchase, left earphone developed persistent hiss in ANC and transparency mode. Look up a remedy. Apparently, a common problem going back years. These are going right back to the store and we're not buying another pair of these again. Shameful this is a known defect and has been allowed to continue for years. Would not recommend buying these at all.
