Sometimes they work and sometimes they don’t. I get told I sound muffled all the time so I just stopped using them. I gave 2 stars because they worked with no complaints for about 2 weeks

I love that they are noise canceling, when using them to talk on the phone the person on the other end does not hear any background noises. So far I’m loving it.

music sounds great, noise cancelling excellent. Phone calls, dont even try. Every call I have taken, the person says they can't hear me. They are the WORST for phone calls

Sounds about the same as Apple EarBuds Pro, minus some features. Doesn't fit as well in the ear. Very difficult to handle. Easily slips from fingers.

I’ve had 3 pairs of these exact earbuds. One from Amazon, two from Walmart and all of them have had a faulty microphone. Not sure if it was a bad batch or they have something bigger going on, but that was my experience.

I love the whole black and gold Combination on these Earbuds . They sit comfortably in my ear and they come with four different sizes of ear cushions. I also love the noise canceling feature of these earbuds .

I got my bf these for his birthday, he has an iPhone 16 pro max. They will NOT stay connected to his phone. There is a lot of static when playing music! Beats are usually a good brand, not this time!
