Bad sound bad volume just good battery life

This is the second pair I bought where the right headphone doesn't charge or work

No one can really hear me

Great sound it just hard for them to stay in my ears

They have a garbled sound on the other end of calls.

The battery lasts longer than the JBL brand.

solid headphones. lightweight, nice battery.

I want a refund these broke on me and gave my ear a bump on it and I think it's infected
