[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this product for free in return for my honest review. I we purchased a home lovingly named the “Jumanji House”. It was full of vines and weeds. I hesitantly decided to create a flower bed against the house. I sprayed it down with this products and within hours the strong green weeds became brown and weak. I was able to pull them out easily and get my flower bed started. Pictures of beside, after spray, and weeds all pulled.

This did not work. I followed all of the instructions - 60+ degree sunny day, no wind, thoroughly covered the weeds. No effect. In fact after 24 hours the weeds looked like they grew! I used an entire 64 Oz bottle on my front and side gravel yards. Complete waste, and I exposed the soil to SLS for nothing. Vinegar or hot water would have had a better effect. I should have noticed that all the negative reviews are from verified buyers and the rest are incentives/unverified. Don't waste your money!

This product was very easy to use, even for someone like me who doesn't like to do work outdoors. It only took one minute to set the sprayer up to begin using the product. I like that the sprayer wand is long, which keeps the spray far away from the person using it in case the wind were to blow the product back toward the person using it. The amount of product in the bottle covers a very large area, and I was able to use it all around the gate in front of my house, the sidewalk, and around some trees where we have vines growing in our yard. Although the product is intended for weeds and grass, it also had a pretty big effect on some poison ivy I sprayed as well. The product packaging boasts that it works in just one hour, and it did! I came back one hour later to find that the weeds around my front porch had shriveled up and turned a darker color. I also noticed this effect on the poison ivy. Overall, I would say that this product works great!

The wand makes spraying simple without pumping, and it’s considered safer around pets and people when used as directed.

I noticed that the weeds starting to wilt within a few hours, and by the next day they were mostly dried out. I like that it doesn’t use harsh chemicals, so I feel comfortable letting my pets back outside once it dries. However, it may need a second application for tougher weeds, but overall it’s a great balance of safety and effectiveness.

It made dispersing the product much easier. I had an area on the side of the house that needed some serious cleanup and this helped immensely. We have a dog and is safe for pets !!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Spruce Weed and Grass Killer with power wand was easy to set up before use. You have to prime the wand before spraying. The spray came out evenly and covered the weeds well. I do like that it is safe around people and animals. But I feel it did not do its job as it should. The weeds just looked slightly wilted afterwards and did not seem to die out at all. Not a product I would recommend.
