[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This arrived just in time for helping clean our flowerbeds to prepare them for the summer season. They were overgrown with weeds and this helped kill them at the root instead of just pulling them out and hoping they won’t grow back. I especially like that this is safe to be used around my dog as other products do not always offer that. It took a few hours after application for this to take effect and worked like a charm. I do wish it didn’t also kill grass because it makes applying it a bit tedious and you have to make sure you aren’t getting it on areas of your lawn you do not want to kill. The spray nozzle works really well at applying it exactly where you want it, though. Will definitely be buying this again for our backyard!

It smells minty and not like chemicals at all which I like. It was a pleasant odor. Seemed to work pretty quickly, going to spray a second layer on some of the sturdier weeds i have outside

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really wanted this to work, but unfortunately the Spruce Power Wand Weed Killer did absolutely nothing. I followed the directions exactly and applied it to visible weeds on a warm, dry day, but after several days there was no wilting, browning, or any sign that it had an effect. The weeds looked exactly the same as before. The wand itself is easy to use and the idea of a more natural weed killer is appealing, which is why I’m giving it two stars instead of one. However, the strong tea tree oil smell is very off-putting and lingered longer than expected. Combined with the fact that it didn’t actually kill any weeds, it just isn’t worth the price. I won’t be purchasing this again and would not recommend it if you’re looking for real results.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First off, I love that this weed killer is pet safe. I have a very active and nosy dog that can’t keep her nose out of anything. We also have a cat that sometimes goes outside with us. Second, it works like a charm. We had a bed of banana trees that we were wanting to replace with some evergreen shrubbery. We sprayed the Spruce as directed onto the plants and it obliterated them. I also really like the applicator wand, it’s so easy to use and has a long handle that allows you to really get into the weeds without having to get too close to the ground. This is definitely a plus for folks with mobility issues like me.

It’s very easy to use with the power wand and the formula works great to kill all of the weeds. It’s convenient to use and is easy on the body. With the wand there is no reason to bend over.
