Terrible, charged me to e-file after e-file was over

I been trying for 3 hours to activate code. Turbo Tax does displaying not a valid code.

Do not buy through e download

I paid for the desktop version. When I finished and was ready to file, the program told me it had to charge me $40 to file my Federal taxes. It also wants ti charge me $40 to file my state form. I spoke with Turbotax, and they were baffled and sent me a link to download it again. Same issue. I spoke with Sam's club, and as expected, there is nothing they can do. I've been using TurboTax for years, but never again.

Stay away.

Download, install, and activation worked flawlessly for me. Has been the way I purchase this product for many years and never had any issues. Also the Sam’s Club discount is a must for me.
