Easy to use and quick to complete. E-Filing great.

User friendly

Hate the fact you stopped support for Windows 10 systems. There's something called extended support for Windows 10. There's no reason TT can't continue to run on Windows 10. Also, why do I have to sign-in to use the Help? Planning to use a different tax software (cheaper) next year.

Stopped Windows 10 support?!

Most of the steps were very easy to understand, especially with the additional information that you could click on. Federal and Colorado sections were great. The only issue I had was that the DC filing questions were a vague. I specifically didn't understand how to separate our deductions and how Turbo Tax got to the total DC deductions amount. There was almost zero explanation for any of those steps. I ended up having to ask chatGPT to explain it for me. 

The user interface was very clear and well organized. The refund running total at the top was very helpful, as well as the tabs that allowed me to see where in the process I was working on and to move between sections without having to use the back button.
