I like the software but Windows 11 I feel creates some problem for this Turbotax software.

I have used Turbo tax for decades.  I have always found it to be very accurate and user friendly.

Simply put, three phone calls and each person with the exception of the third phone call were not helpful and simply appeared to not be interested in rendering help that one would expect from a helpline. I made mistakes with not retaining my return when I started with a new computer. but the lack of guidance was grossly incompetent. A simple review that I was able to determine by working through the process would have yielded the solution. Instead, each person, with the exception of the third call, appeared to being more interested in getting me off the helpline.
