Did not speak with anyone directly but turbo tax is easy to navigate and i use it every year for taxes

Helped me out in a pinch when I needed to do my taxes for 2022. Mr. Steve was helpful in sending me this to do on my desktop.

I love Turbo Tax it is very easy to use and explanations are complete. I enjoy the final review with audit feature that checks my return for errors.

Same price everywhere, didn't have a reason to use the $10.00 off promotion, since tax e filing is free.

Turbo Tax is good but not the 1099R section, it is very hard to understand. You need to make this section easy to understand.

I've been using TurboTax for over two decades. I've a very simple return, but find it easier to let the program walk me trough the process.
