TT advertises too much

Inconsistent and confusion for certain topics.  It is not as good as LY

Turbo Tax makes doing taxes easy

1099 stinks and needs to be fixed. So does the interview process.

Works well for non-tax accounting professional but not for non-financial persons.

Good but not as good as last year

Again this year was able to complete and file our return with little difficulty.  Helps were great.

Another great job completed.

I'm not very happy that it is not giving me my one free state.

turbo tax is not awesome

turbo tax did not import all the information from last years turbo tax as it usually does.  turbo tax would not allow us to enter the estimated tax payments we made on the appropriate line and continually flagged it as an error when we had to enter it in an inappropriate line to make it come out right on our federal taxes.  We have used turbo tax for over 20 years but are thinking of making a change in the future.

TuboTax 2025

I have used Turbo Tax every year and it is always very easy. I really like that you now can gather all my tax forms from my financial institutions! Can you please add a step where you can show the tax form with the standard deductions so we don't have to bother collecting and entering detailed line items for deductions? That would be outstanding!!!
