I was not able to efile until I selected audit defense, WHICH I DID NOT WANT.

Watch out for billing gotchas

Unable to get last years return information because I was using new computer.

Turbo Tax was Great

I paid for the desktop version. When I finished and was ready to file, the program told me it had to charge me $40 to file my Federal taxes. It also wants ti charge me $40 to file my state form. I spoke with Turbotax, and they were baffled and sent me a link to download it again. Same issue. I spoke with Sam's club, and as expected, there is nothing they can do. I've been using TurboTax for years, but never again.

Stay away.

Purchased Deluxe with state during Black Friday/Cyber Monday for a discount, best price I could find anywhere. Received my email overnight and installed without issues. Worked as it did last year which I also purchased through Sams.
