TurboTax Desktop Deluxe 2025 Email Delivery, Federal & State Returns + Federal E-file + $10 In-Product Credit (Win 11, Mac 14)

I have used turbo tax for years and have been satisfied every year.

It was relatively easy to use, plus TT filled in info from last year.

Torbo Tax is excellant

nowhere in the program did it state that the federal return had to have a direct deposit

Federal Refund problem

I found it confusing.  I completed the returns twice.  First time = refund; second time $5000+ owed

bah humbug

I like how it guides you through the whole process and makes you double check your entries

TURBOTAX IS AWESOME

I paid for the desktop version. When I finished and was ready to file, the program told me it had to charge me $40 to file my Federal taxes. It also wants ti charge me $40 to file my state form. I spoke with Turbotax, and they were baffled and sent me a link to download it again. Same issue. I spoke with Sam's club, and as expected, there is nothing they can do. I've been using TurboTax for years, but never again.

Stay away.

Purchased Deluxe with state during Black Friday/Cyber Monday for a discount, best price I could find anywhere. Received my email overnight and installed without issues. Worked as it did last year which I also purchased through Sams.
