2025 Turbotax Delux was very easy  to follow and provided all the information.

It works for me.  Been using for years, and will continue to use in the future as long as I can.

Turbotax is a household name now.

You made it difficult to install a local copy of program on PC.  I did not want a Web installation.

I have used turbo tax every year for 10 years without any problems, THIS YEAR it didn't submit my taxes altho it said it did. It needed an "update" before it did. But I wasn't notified. I thought it odd that I didn't get update notices, but got busy until I checked my bank account for the withdrawal and it wasn't there. Now I'm late. Changing tax formats now.

Big mistake

I have used TurboTax for many years and it is always excellent. The prompts for complete information and to fix errors is an important and excellent part of the process. Even with moderately complex returns, TurboTax deluxe has been excellent, especially with the ability to automatically download from Investment advisory services, the details of multiple investment accounts with many investment transactions. The time that saves is measured in at least 6 to 8 hours of input time.
