TURBO TAX HAS RIP OFF FEES

Turbotax made it much easier as there were quite a few changes this time.

It is easy to use, accurate and trusted and reasonably priced.

Turbo Tax is easy to navigate

We have been using It's Deductible for years.  It is horrible that you did not continue it.

Terrible Choice

Turbo tax should prompt you if you select "refund by check" that the federal government no longer accepts refund by check unless special circumstances.  From EO 14247 3/25/2025.  My refund is delayed and I have to go to IRS.gov to enter my bank info.  I been a customer of Turbo Tax since the days of 3 1/2 floppies or before and I am disappointed in your product.

You have a bug on the driver license entry page.  If you accidently select a date format under ISS instead of driver license you cannot deselect it or move on unless you enter a false date.

No Federal refund check

I love how turbo tax always makes things easy for me. I had an issue since I didn't file a return from a previous year. I called to talk with a representative and they were super helpful. They literally stayed on the phone with me until I was comfortable to move forward on my own. I am for sure using Turbo tax again next year!
