I have used TurboTax for many years. It is always quick and easy to use and walks me through the whole process.

I think it's tacky that they spring on you at the end that you have to pay $25 to file the state forms. It used to be "one state free."

The importing and comparing last years TurboTax return was a great help and saved time. I could skip to relevant areas of the return.

Too difficult to use. Had issues with printing my returns. Too many unnecessary pages to wade through. Up charges are also a pain.
