Turbo Tax is user friendly. Like the reminders when needed information is omitted and the errors check features.

I did not use live tax advice and hopefully turbo tax contained enough material to get through tax season

very buggy. too many updates.. could nit due electronic filing for days until you fixed the program. need to do a better job with quality control
