Been using TurboTax for 20 years. The yearly changes are subtle making it very easily complete the current year tax return.

Not nearly as easy to use as it used to be. Will be looking at other filing options next year after 25+ years of using the product.

Had several problems where Fed info would not transmit to my State form and no where to get assistance unless I pay MORE for the issue!!!!

importing tax data was much more difficult/confusing than previous years. Eventually had to hand enter all data.

Guidance is awesome...step by step guides you thru and if you did last years taxes information is pulled over.

I feel most confident that my taxes are prepared accurately and professionally, yet, the process is so easy.

Not as user friendly as previous years. unable to import any financial date so had to delele all 1099R and start new.

You guys are awesome, been using your Tax program for years now. Easy to file and peace of mind. Keep up the good work.

Once I and technial support got it running after I spent 3 hours and Support worked another hour to get it running, it did great
