Although all my "institutions" are on drop down list, NONE would import. I just got into a never-ending loop.

I always use turbo tax, but this year some things changed making filing more difficult, i am not confident i wont have problems this year.

Continually tries to upsell you. It asked me at least 10 times to purchase either more software or tax advice. very annoying!

Disappointed thaat in order to print the return had to buy Adobe Acrobat. Was shocked about the added fees in order to file.

The TurboTax Deluxe format seemed to have changed a bit from previous years. I found some of the changes confusing and hard to understand.

Very easy to use, and easy to go back and check progress. Love that I can save and get back to it on another day.

TurboTax did a great job guiding me through the process, with appropriate prompts and guidance. It was accurate, compatible with my situation.

TurboTax is easy to use. great software. Wish you would include state e-filing in the cost of the software.

A few places where $0 was entered required additional info or correction/deletion of entry when review check was made.

I have been using turbo tax for several years. Always accurate and efficient. I gather my info and fill out the data and file in usually one evening.
