Loading the software is getting better but still takes too much time. Uploading from Fidelity saves time.

horribly slow, bad user interface. out dated. Never use thia gain. Wasted over 4 hours doing a simole return

Good program. Do not think it necessary to mandate drivers license. Not happy I did not get my free state efile. This has happened last year.

Very easy and useful software to use if you want to do your own taxes. have use TurboTax for almost 10 years.

Completing forms went well, pretty straight forward. However, I like to have a pint copy and it was gibberish and didn't fit on the page.

TurboTax had a review portion requesting info on my Canadian Registered Retirement Savings Plan. But i do not have one.

Would not transmit federal return. Message said I needed a program update. No info available on how to do this.
