Turbo Tax is a fabulous product. It guides you through the entire tax preparation process and allows you to file electronically.

Easy to use. Fees for states should be much less but nothing one can do once all the federal information is input.

For the NY State filing, if you have a 1099-R you cannot e-file because Turbo Tax thinks $3,000 in box 14 is greater than $30,000 in box 1.

Taxes are quick and easy and much cheaper than hiring it out. Covers all areas with easy-to-understand steps.

Where there is an IRS reject, the software simply does not interpret it correctly. A simple thing like AGI of spouse should be fixable,
