I had rollovers, IRA, 401k paperwork, and I had a little trouble answering the questions, but I think I figure it out.

I have been using TurboTax for at least 18 years and it has been easy to use and I have never had any issues with the Federal or State returns

Turbo tax has guided me through the tax process for years exceptionally well and this season has been no exception.

I've been using TurboTax deluxe for years to do my taxes for both federal and state. It's worked great for me and I wouldn't use anything else.

2025 version of Turbo Tax seemed to be less user friendly and missing helpful features. May look for a different tax program next year.

Liked the feature where I could use an Adobe Acrobat W2 and have the needed data entered automatically

Had several problems where Fed info would not transmit to my State form and no where to get assistance unless I pay MORE for the issue!!!!

Turbo tax updates failed many many times. Wasted a lot of time trying again and again and again to update turbo tax updates.

I feel most confident that my taxes are prepared accurately and professionally, yet, the process is so easy.
