Turbo Tax is Annoying for charging Refund Process

I think it's ridiculous that Turbo Tax charges a refund processing fee of $40!!! Taking money from people after already purchasing the product.

Turbo Tax is great when filing simple tax returns

Guidance is typically very good, but Turbo Tax failed to tell me that I didn't need to report a W2 amount with no taxable income.
