Seemed a little more complicated and time consuming this year compared to the last 5-6 years. But still.....

I couldn't be more obtuse when it comes to taxes, finances, investments, etc. The fact that I can even get through the process is amazing to me.

Turbo Tax made filing a LOT more difficult DUE TO CLOSING “IT'S DEDUCTIBLE”. PLEASE bring it back!!!

Turbo Tax always keeps me aligned with all the information I need to provide and won't let me miss items that are easy to forget. Good Job!

I did request help on where to enter the 1099-LTC items. It was confusing and I think better direction in the software should be done for nest year.

Turbo Tax needs better quality control. There were a couple of sections where updates were not generated by the Turbo Tax App.

Your software had a big bug with social security income. I was able to fix your error myself by reentering the social security income.

The taxes were rejected initially due to health insurance. I think it should have come up before it was rejected.

I have used TurboTax for years and I like the way it walks me through each step. I have not had any problems in the past.
