Easy to do - work at own pace

Easy to follow step by step. Retaining info from prior year simplified entry and helped confirm that all info was entered, if appropriate.

Desktop version and expert help lacking

I don't trust the accuracy of the desktop version this year due to its inability to handle my husband's HSA situation this year

I thought the product was less user friendly this year. I also had an issue getting back into the tax documents to make a correction/change.
