Everything worked fine except the ability to download my E*Trade 1099's. Nothing I did worked and I called them twice on it for help.

Got hung up twice when adding an institution for downloading financial data. No way to get away from that screen to continue.

The process was easy all the way to the end and now it won't let me pay with a card and file my taxes

I have been using TurboTax for over 30 years. It is so simple and powerful at the same time. very well put together product.

If you are a careful reader and can follow simple written directions, this is the most accurate and thorough software to file your taxes with.

So disappointing that there's a fee to e-file my state return. The cost of the software is expensive, so this extra cost hurts.

Unfortunately, we were unable to give it zero stars. Software was very buggy especially in the CA state area.

Easy to use, as usual. I like the ability to use a guided interview or choose what I want to work on.
