I love turbo tax. It makes filing so easy. I can look up all kinds of information and get help. The guidance is great.

Did not import data from Charles Schwab, I had to enter it manually. That had been a major reason I've used Turbo tax for over 30 years

Everything was very easy. I just had to follow the flow and plug in my numbers. It couldn't have been easier.

I appreciate that Turbotax can download the many transactions from my brokerage. That makes it possible for me to my own taxes

I went from owing $25,3xx on my federal taxes to getting a $4,6xx refund---all by changing items on form 5695. Completely bogus from my standpoint.

I have been use turbo tax software to do my tax every year. It was easy to use and has the guide assistant with it.

Much more difficult than previous years! Example: I want to mail my State tax with a check. That option is NOT available. WHAT CAN I DO?

Great product and have been using for years.....would love the media option going forward as well...thank you and keep up the good work....
