After years of using your products, I will search for a new provider next year because you discontinued "Itsdeductable." I'm very disappointed.

Easy to use and easy to follow prompts. Vastly reduces chances of error. Confident return is accurate and complete and deductions maximized.

Turbo Tax is so easy. It walks me though everything and I feel confident that I an not missing anything.

I don't like the WAITING when all I want to do is check the status of my tax return. Give me the option to update - DON'T assume I need tax updates.

The application is intuitive and easy to follow. This is especially useful if you have used TurboTax in the past, the familiarity is very helpful.
