Confusing, awkward interface very difficult to navigate (even 1980s had much better ones), hard to search for specific items.

Very easy to use. Have used for 10+ years. Only software I have ever used. Have never had an audit.

Turbo Tax is great but having difficulty printing returns-Adobe plays too many games, makes it very difficult to print.

Good experience as always. Taxes were a little more challenging this year but I found everything that I needed.

easy to transfer prior tax years simplifies the process. i love Turbo Tax and the ability to get forms and save all of them in PDF.

Always have difficulty uploading last years returns This year it never happened and had to create info al over again Poor execution there Please fix

TurboTax is an excellent income tax program easy to use & dependable throughout the process to filing! I will continue to use into the future.

My taxes our pretty simple. Nevertheless, TurboTax makes things easy by transferring info fast and easy. The free audit protection is great also.
