I haver been using Turbotax for many years from the time I used to itemize and now using the standard deduction. I think this speaks for itself, how much I like this tax package.

Did not like the DO NOT FILE, FORM NOT FINAL warnings on the Federal Tax Vouchers. I kept waiting for the warnings to go away after my forms were completed and ready to file.

It would be a good thing to return to the "next" group rather than the top of the list when a section of the return is finished. Having to step down through all of the previously completed sections.

filing was rejected twice for having a non valid IP PIN. I never knew I had one after 20 years of using Turbo Tax. can I talk to someone to get this mess cleaned up? I see no place to ask for assistance

I have been using Turbo tax for 15 years because of reliability, easy use and affordable cost. The electronic filing was secured and simple to complete. The software was easy to upload to my computer and documents were saved without any problems.

When I attempted to pay for state filing fee using my credit card, your system would not accept the Month number of the expiration date. This seems to be a built in bug so you can collect the $40 processing fee.

It is a nuisance unselecting the extras that Turbo Tax tries to get one to buy into. Get real and quit nickle and dollaring the user. Make the options default to NO I DON"T WANT IT.

I have been using TurboTax for decades. I never have had any issues with accuracy and the software helps make the process of tax preparation and submission very easy.

My only suggestion is to allow an option to skip the update at the beginning if going in more than once a day, or if past the due date. Both of those times, the program was updated appropriately but now takes a long time to get into the program.

2/12/26 would not import via chrome i had to go to settings , then set EDGE as default browser for https shut all browsers restart turbo tax now Edward jones import works
