I have been using Turbo Tax for several years, however, this year your copies were not printing correctly. The lower edge of many pages was being chopped off. Changing the print settings- Actual, reduce percentage was not helping.

You reduced the capability to price individual donations in the program. I had to price individually and add together in one total cost. Very inconvenient. Perhaps with the new taxable table the itemized deductions are not useful any more

Printing and Saving a copy of Federal document process confusing. State Return did not save. No summary of last several year Federal returns matrix provided.

No help to report issues. Had issues with accuracy. It was finally fixed with an update, but had I submitted the day before it would not have sent correct information. Totally unacceptable.

You Can not add direct deposit numbers to state filling when trying to fill out mail in forms. This must be hand written in because Turbo Tax wants 25.00 to electronic file.

Turbo tax makes all the tax calculations and submissions easy. Unfortunately, the module It's Deductible was not present this year and th impacted ho I had to handle my contri.butions. I really miss that module.

Kept telling me there was an error with National Financial Services LLC zip code. It would not submit my returns electronically. I had to delete it completely and re-enter. There was nothing wrong with the zip code.
