Took a little longer this year to get some of the categories available for entry. I understand that is was because of the tax changes. Overall easy to use

Milking the poor with overpriced tax software and lobbying against free filing. The tax software isn't broken down into language for dummies, and they want to sell you with audit defense and services on top of it all.

I am 83 years old and have been using TurboTax since it came out. I have never had a problem and trust me that it processes the data properly that I put into it.

I trust the accuracy of the product and the features are easy to understand. The online guides are handy and accessible. It would be especially helpful if it were still available on disc for those who do not have internet access.

Didn't know that turbo tax was just available through download this year. We were looking for the disc so we could file. If we would have known it was just available through download we would have file a lot earlier.

E-file process needs work. Each year it bounces back for same issues even though the program indicates topic has been covered and completed (when in fact it is only partially done).

TURBO TAX UPDATES SEEM TO BE A LOT SLOWER THAN USAL ESPECIAALY THE DONATION CATAGORY. I ALWAYS LIKED THE HELP PAGE TO FIGURE OUT THE PRICE GUIDE FOR ME

I have been using Turbo Tax for many years and am a very satisfied customer. I wish I could get a discount for the purchase price as a returning customer that is a senior citizen, Veteran.

TurboTax Desktop is far superior to the online version. It gives full control, clear explanations, and prevented filing errors. Best tax software experience I've had. Highly recommend.

No help to report issues. Had issues with accuracy. It was finally fixed with an update, but had I submitted the day before it would not have sent correct information. Totally unacceptable.
