The guidance provided by TurboTax was very helpful and pretty straight forward. The info windows were very helpful in giving more info and explanation for any questions that I had. Pretty easy to follow.

Seemed to work well, but the cost of E-Filing the State return keeps increasing by $5 each year. Starting to get cost prohibitive. Enough increases already!

Gents: I would like to discontinue working on my federal tax return now as I have further info to input at a later date. How do I get out of Turbo Tax and save all the tax information already entered on my return

It stated I could efile both federal and state for free then it said I had to pay $25 with a $10 discount to file State. After I Efiled federal it wants me to pay $40 more!!!

Did not fix problems with the software with respect to Qualified Education Expenses, had to switch to TaxFreeUSA to complete my taxes. Goodbye forever!

Everything worked like it has for the past 20 + years. It is easy for me to use since I am so familiar with the product. The help feature is quite helpful.

Minor problem: On worksheet for auto used in business I chose mileage option but program forced me to supply depreciation information. I dummied it in.

Very disappointing. Much more difficult to follow the program this year than in previous years. The results of the downloads were difficult to understand. I was unable to edit the 1099 downloads.

We have been using Turbo Tax for several years and it's always been very helpful, accurate, easy to follow, helps to get it done right and file on time.

Overall quite pleased but for the second time in two years it goes into a loop I cant get out of when doing state return review. I basically have to just file without the last state review which shouldnt be a problem but still aggravating.
