Every time I ran audit check the desktop version deleted my filing status - I had a domestic partnership and I think that is why - had to skip audit check - total pain ---- my taxes would go from owing to absolute 0 with no taxes owed or paid

Had a little problem downloading the program. Contacted support and spoke to Michael who helped me resolve the issue. Actual process was as usual very smooth and efficient. Been using turbo tax for years. Very happy with it.

The accuracy, compatibility, features, guidance and interface as they have been for all the years I have been using TurboTax which is over 25 years. Keep up the great work.

Well, Having to get Windows 11 to use it was a minus. Having to spend 4 hours on tech support because the program broke is a minus. So 3 out of 5 is generous. But the Tech Lady (which I wrote it down) deserves a promotion and a raise. +++

TurboTax is a good product. But the intrusive attempts to get the desktop user to switch to the online tool are annoying, even disruptive when working on the actual return.

For the past four years we have used the standard deduction but have had to itemize all our info before we were directed to use the standard deduction. Why can't I just use the standard deduction without gathering all the other information?

Please fix the problem with the charge card expiration dates beyond September not showing. I also noticed that there seem to be less explanations for some areas so I had to go to the internet to find out.

Have used Turbo Tax for several years. This year I kept getting an error message saying it could not save a copy as it was a "read only" file. Still did get through it to save, print & file returns.

Rating is dropping from 5 stars to 2 star because TT2025 requires Windows 11. This is wholly unnecessary. We should not have to borrow a computer just for a simple software program.

I DO NOT WANT AI AND I DO NOT TRUST AI. AI=SLOP AND A LACK OF CONTROL ON MY PART BUT ESPECIALLY ON YOUR PART. THIS IS A FARCE. I'm not fond of your newly designed boxes as they are hard to see. But overall Turbotax does what it says it will do.
