My baby sleeps 11–12 hours at night, and these hold up incredibly well through it all. No leaks, even after a full night's worth of pee Despite being designed for overnight use, they're not overly bulky and still feel breathable — my baby hasn't had any diaper rash issues with them. The fit is secure and comfortable, and they work beautifully under pajamas or a sleep sack.

They are also very absorbent and comfortable. We originally started using them for our first son after a recommendation of a coworker. We now continue to buy them for our second son.
