My 9-month-old has never had any irritation or allergic reactions while using them. The leak protection is amazing—we've had zero leaks, even overnight. These diapers absorb a lot, so I don't have to change them as often, and they do a great job of locking in moisture and odors. They fit my baby perfectly and stay comfortably in place without being too tight. My baby seems very comfortable wearing them. This box specifically is size 6 which is recommended for babies and toddlers 23-44 pounds. They are true to fit with stretch mostly in the back and legs. They are fairly soft on the external material and feature two different designs with a cute elephant and bird. The front features the brand and size along with the designs and the back labels “Back” very clearly on the top which is nice. Pampers promises these are the #1 recommended diapers by pediatricians, no elemental chlorine, parabens, or latex, hypoallergenic, dermatologist accreditation, and that these can be for day and/or night. We have been using these for a week or two and have had no issues with leaking or irritation for my littles' skin. The problem I have with these diapers however is the design and material on the inside. The inside layers include the gel that absorbs and expands when wet, a cushion layer, and then an outside mesh layer. The gel and cushion are good enough to do the job, but do stay slightly wet to the touch. The mesh lining moves around freely from the middle of the diaper and was noted to get caught in the booty mess (especially poop) or stick directly to my babies' bottoms. Not ideal for any baby booty, but would be very uncomfortable and sore if there was any diaper rash already.

The fit is snug without being restrictive, and they stay comfortably in place even with an active baby. The material feels incredibly soft and gentle on sensitive skin, with no irritation or redness. I was especially impressed by how well they handle both daytime play and overnight sleep-no leaks, even after long stretches. Best of all, we haven't had a single blowout while using them. They're flexible, durable, and keep my baby dry and comfortable for hours. Definitely a diaper I would purchase again!

I love the leakage protection especially in the back to prevent leakage where we especially don't want it. The material is soft and gentle on my little one and fits perfectly. The tabs are easy to take off the smooth and soft Velcro. Love the yellow line it has that turns blue so you can see when the diaper needs changing. Overall one of the best diapers out there, I'll definitely be purchasing more

Two of the last three boxes I purchased were labeled as Swaddlers Ultra, but inside were regular Swaddlers diapers. The Ultra boxes are the same price as the regular Swaddlers boxes that Sam's Club used to carry, but contain less diapers per box. This is very disappointing. If the box says Swaddlers Ultra, I expect a higher quality of diapers inside.
