Do Not Buy

These batteries are terrible. They have to be replaced often and they’re just a bit shorter than brand name AA batteries so they don’t make a good connection. Waste of money, stick with brand name.

WEAK!

I bought these, hoping they would perform as well as Energizer and Duracell. I am sad to report they did not. They don't have the 'power' other batteries do. They would not operate our deer feeder- I takes 4 AA batteries. My husband spent hours trying to figure out what was wrong with it, and finally, he took out the brand new Member's mark batteries and replaced them with Energizer, and it worked! MM batteries weren't strong enough for my battery operated LED lights (small string) that I had on a wreath- the lights wouldn't even cut on! I was very disappointed and will not purchase them again, and would not recommend them either.

Leak and don’t last

My tv remote gave me a low battery warning yesterday and when I went to change the batteries, one had leaked significantly into the remote. I cleaned the remote and it still works (for now). The Members Mark AA battery that leaked yesterday has a use-by date of 12-2030 (7 years left). I also had a Canon camera that had Members Mark AA batteries in it that leaked. The camera is dead. Unlike the camera, I use the tv remote every day, but was still surprised at the amount of leakage. I’ve already switched away from using the Members Mark batteries, but was still using the ones I have. Do not recommend Members Mark AA (or AAA) batteries. Thought I would save a little, but made a mistake.

No longer a quality brand

I have been buying these batteries for years and the last two packages I got did not last at all. The first pkg I thought was just a bad batch, but now the second pkg is the same. Quality has really dropped off. Will not buy another of this brand. I'm very disappointed.

Leak Don’t Buy

1st strike was the thermostat that the display was blank. I change yearly. Took apart and battery leaked and corroded the contacts in the thermostat. 2nd strike was my GPS, my intuition said check it. Battery leaked and corroded the metal cover and battery contacts. Learned my lesson and should have listened to my brother who had the similar issues. Spend the extra $$ for quality batteries or you’ll spend $$ replacing devices due to batteries leaking!

Poor Life for Nest devices. No longer recommended!

I've purchased these multiple times and now have gone through three packs of 48 on 3 Nest Battery Operated smoke alarms in 1 month each! At first, I thought maybe it was because of the motion sensor, so I turned that off for a month. Then I thought maybe just a bad batch at our location, tried another batch when I was a town over; same results. It seems as if they have gone down in quality over the past few years. I'll spend the extra $5-6 for Energizer batteries next time. Having to change out 6 batteries times 3 a month isn't cheap!

Members Mark AA batteries leaking acid.

These batteries ruined three of my flashlights, and one of my emergency lights by leaking acid. The batteries were in all of these things for about eight months.I have been buying them from Sam’s Club for years and never had a problem up until now. I can understand them leaking once but not four times. I bought a pack of AA and also a pack of AAA. I have not had a problem with the AAA batteries………yet.

Quality Went Downhill

I have been using member's mark AA and AAA batteries for over 10 years and would have sworn by them. HOWEVER, the most recent pack I bought were duds! I bought the pack of 48 in Sept. and it was gone in a month. I had to replace my soap dispenser, track pad and keyboard batteries almost weekly till the pack was gone! May have been a fluke but I am too scared to try them again. I could have returned to Sams Club, they have a wonderful return policy, but was 1/2 way through the pack when I realized what was going on.

No Shelf Life

These batteries do not last. I was wondering why I kept having to replace the batteries in my Roku remote. Went to replace batteries again today and it did not even have any power. I wouldn't be upset about this but these batteries aren't that much cheaper than Energizer or Duracell making them not a great deal after all. Time to seek out a different brand.
