Lorna Doones used to be supplied as a snack to the children in the hospital where I worked back in 1991...over 30 years later I still LOVE them with my coffee on my night shift breaks or at home ANY time! They have just the right buttery taste and smooth texture that shortbread should have...The only problem comes when the bag is empty! LOL You won't be disappointed !!

You can carry them anywhere or have them at home. they are good with or without milk. They are great with coffee and with tea. They pass the dunk test . Kid and adult approved! Perfectly sweet. Been buying these cookies for years. The quality is usually consistent. Something seems off with the box I bought today. Maybe cooked too long? The top of the cookie seems browner than usual and the cookie doesn't taste as fresh. Date on the package I brought today is 30March2025. The last box I bought a month or so ago with a date of 10March2025 and tasted fine. May return and see if I could exchange.

They melt in your mouth and are so fresh! My son and I have almost eaten the entire box! I imagine these would be EXCELLENT as a pie crust or to dip into a sweet dip. They are absolutely delicious!
