Love shortbread cookies

My 93 yr old father-in-law loves Lorna Doone cookies. I was very disappointed when I could no longer buy them in the warehouse. Was excited again to be told I could order them, only to be disappointed again when they arrived mostly crumbled. Shipped in too large of a box with padding on one side only. Will not order again.

Never seen a recipe for shortbread that didn't have butter in it. These just don't taste as good as the old recipe. No butter makes a difference. It's reflected in the price, which is good - I guess. So many 'new and improved' or 'healthy' items aren't actually as advertised.

Great way to buy cookies! I've love Lorna Doone cookies. Only problem is I would eat the whole package in one or two snack breaks. Found these a couple of years ago, and now this is my go-to cookie. I wish Sam's would put them back in the stores so my cookies would stop being beat up by the delivery service.

I am very disappointed with this purchase because the expiration is vastly approaching and these were purchased for two separate events. Even still, they tasted a tad on the stale side but with banana pudding it really didn't matter. I just need a go-to place to purchase in mass quantities.

Back to school and midnight snack...

Nice size it will last a long time. One pack with coffee in the morning so good.

I like a 6 cookie portion. It keeps me from going on a binge.
