It seems like kids are in size three forever so this pack is absolutely perfect for my 5 month old. Are these made with synthetic materials? Yes. They're more affordable than the ultra premium brands, but performance is just as good in my opinion. No issues with leaks or blowouts, even overnight when my baby goes 10–12 hours without a change. They're very lightweight and soft not too thick, but holds lots of loads without leaking. This is my third child and I definitely made the switch from another brand. I've done a review before about pampers's diapers years ago and they still hold up just like before.

The biggest downside is the the scent : some parent barely notice a smell , they love it. Overall leak protection is very good for overnight use, especially for heavy wetters.
